Theodore Lee “Ted” Belote, 66, of Alden, Kansas, passed away April 4, 2023, at his home. He was born December 6, 1956, in Lyons, Kansas, the son of Benjamin Bertram and Ida Geneva VanDest Belote. Ted was a lifelong Rice County resident. He graduated from Lyons High School. Ted was a manager at YesWay in Lyons for many years. Private burial services will take place at the Lyons Municipal Cemetery, Lyons. Memorials may be given to the Assembly of God Church, Lyons, in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
