Silverio Felix Rodriguez, Jr., 36, of Lyons, KS, formerly of Harlingen, TX, passed away on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita. Silverio was born on October 2, 1984 in San Benito, TX. The son of Silverio, Sr. and Oralia (Ortega) Rodriguez. He graduated from Hutchinson South in 2002 and worked as a house painter and oil field worker. He was a member of the Down South Car Club, Harlingen, TX. Silverio enjoyed going to car shows and helping his family. Survivors include: his parents; a son, Ethan Rios of El Paso, TX; a brother, Donny Ortega Rider (Alicia) of San Antonio, TX; a niece, Samantha Rider; a nephew, Randy Rider; and a great-nephew, Zayden Rider. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Raul and Dolores Ortega, and Agustin Rosa and Maria Juana Rodriguez. A private family visitation will be held at Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
