Sandra Marie "Sandi" (Perreira) Wolfe

Sandra Marie “Sandi” Wolfe, 72, of Lyons, Kansas, passed away March 7, 2023, at the Sterling Village, Sterling. She was born March 27, 1950, in Utica, New York, the daughter of Joseph and Ann D’Amico Perreira. Sandi has resided in Lyons since 2016, formerly of Dodge City, Kansas. She graduated from Sauquoit Valley Senior High School, Sauquoit, New York, with the class of 1968. Sandi was much more than a homemaker. She was an amazing mother, doting grandmother, softball coach, and an incredible chef. On October 27, 1978, Sandi was united in marriage with Duane A. Wolfe in Omaha, Nebraska. He survives of the home. She is also survived by her three sons, Steven Wolfe and wife Andrea of Kelso, WA, Timothy Wolfe and wife Sara of Topeka, KS, James Wolfe and wife Elyzabeth of Caribou, ME; two daughters, Jennifer Wolfe of Caribou, ME, and Nicole Wolfe of Topeka, KS; four brothers, Percy Perreira of GA, Terry Perreira of HI, Kelly Perreira of HI, and Nicky Perreira of Topeka, KS; sister, Lani Napalapalai of Caribou, ME; and thirteen grandchildren. Sandi is preceded in death by her parents, and two aunts, Joyce D’Amico and Hattie Christian. Private graveside services will be held at the Lyons Municipal Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
