Robert F. "Bob" Kennedy

Bob was one of a kind! Always kind, with a smile. Always a helper, and a giver. What a bunch of kids he and Kay had to corral!! I am so pleased for he and Kay that they are now together in heaven!

My deepest sympathy to the Kennedy family. I will always remember my brief visit to the Kennedy home. Bob and Kay welcomed me and made me feel like part of their family.

May the peace of the Lord, Jesus Christ, be with you all.

My husband John and I got to know Bob when we were in college and worked at the Broadway Station. He came in at least once a week for a cup of coffee and to visit with the owner, John Nystrom. We enjoyed the conversations and the time we got to spend with Bob. Our daughter, Jordan Black, now works at the Methodist Church in Sterling, and through her we were able to renew our friendship with Bob last year at the 4th of July celebration. It was a blessing to see him. He was a wonderful man and he will be missed. Sending prayers to your family.
