Phyllis Roberta (Wurst) Don Carlos

Phyllis Roberta Don Carlos, died February 8, 2025. She was born on June 5, 1918, to William and Della (Miller) Wurst. She was 106 years old and lived all her life in Sterling. On October 11, 1941, Phyllis married Robert Don Carlos. Her husband; parents; brother, Graydon Wurst; and sisters, Donna Cundith and Patsy McMurphy predeceased her. Aunt Phyl is survived by her niece, Cheri (Anthony) Thomas and Cheri’s children Chasity, Shane, and Brett and their families; and by her nephew, Will Cundith and his children Shawn and Kelsie and nephews, Greg, Wen, and Brian Wurst and their families. A memorial service will be at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, February 13, 2024, at Birzer Funeral Home, Sterling. Memorials may be given to Gentiva Hospice in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Sterling.
