Patsy Anne Harmon-Fink, 90, formerly of Lyons, Kansas, passed away August 11, 2021 at Cedar Village in Ness City, Kansas. She was born April 16, 1931, in Ottawa County, Kansas, the daughter of Fred Henry “Pat” and Viola Nesbeth Hamilton. Patsy graduated from Wichita State University where she received her Master’s Degree in Secondary Education in 1984. She taught the seventh and eight grade English (Language Arts) at Sterling USD 376 for 25 years. Patsy was a member of the Southern Baptist Church, Salina and later First Baptist Church, Lyons. Patsy was married to William G. “Bill” Harmon. They later divorced. He preceded her in death on January 28, 2012. On December 26, 1988, Patsy was united in marriage with Joseph Oden Fink. He preceded her in death on August 2, 2013. Patsy is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Twila Isbell .She is survived by her four children, Gary Harmon and wife Chris of Knoxville, TN, Michael Harmon and wife Rhonda of Bennington, KS, Sue Ann Harmon Starr and husband Steve of Ness City, KS, and William George “Bill” Harmon Jr. and wife Debby of Spring, TX; sister, Marilyn Romm of Bennington, KS; eight grandchildren, Derek, Mark, Meagan, Kristi, Shawn, Stacey, Michell, and Lindsey; ten great-grandchildren, Tyler Edwardson, Carter, Jacob, Rylee, Taylor, Olivia, Ella, Dylan, Peyton, and Kylie Madison. Graveside services will be at 3:00 P.M., Friday, August 20, 2021, at Lyons Municipal Cemetery with Pastor Phil Green officiating. Memorials may be given to Dementia Foundation in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
