Jesus Jasso "Jesse" Dominguez

Jesus Jasso “Jesse” Dominguez, 81, of Lyons, passed away February 21, 2019 at his home in Lyons. He was born August 16, 1937 in Presidio County, Texas, the son of Buenaventura and Maria Enriqueta Jasso Dominguez. Jesse has resided in Lyons since 1965. He worked for L and T Insulation of Ark City, Kansas. On May 23, 1970, Jesse was united in marriage with Virginia Medina Molina in Sterling, Kansas. She preceded him in death on July 15, 2006. He is also preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Enriquetta Dominguez, Lola Dominguez, Librado Jasso, Filomeno Dominguez, Cruz Jaquez, and Josephina “Pina” Valle. He is survived by his four children, Ruben Dominguez and wife Melody of Los Olivos, CA, Christina Navarro of Little River, KS, Reinaldo Domingez and wife Cheyenne of Lyons, KS, and Rodrigo Dominguez and wife Amanda of Lyons, KS; six grandchildren, Anthony Dominguez, Micah Crider, Anthony Crider, Ariel Crider, Julian Dominguez, and MariaElena Dominguez; numerous great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 A.M., Saturday, March 2, 2019 at St. Paul Catholic Church, Lyons, with Father Patrick Kotrba officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M., Friday, March 1, 2019 at Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons. Parish Rosary will be said at 7:00 P.M. Burial will be at Monahans Memorial Cemetery, Monahans, Texas. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Jesus Dominguez Memorial Fund in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
