Harry Lewis Elliott

I was saddened after reading about the passing of Mr. Elliot.
My Father was a pitcher for the Alexandria Aces with Harry in 1951.  He
always told the story of Mr. Elliot being obsessed with eating carrots to
improve his eyesight. His eyesight must have been sharp, he hit .391
that year.
Sadly, my Father passed away on July 29, 2013.  Harry also caught for
the Aces, perhaps they can play catch once again.
