April 28, 2022 4:31 AMI remember Mrs. Root from Camp Fire girl days. She and Mrs Larson were my leaders for many years. I felt she was very gentle in nature. She came for my mom's funeral and told me my mom taught her to crochet. She told me she had asked my mom to teach her. She would go to my mom during the day and learn. That was a very comforting thing to tell me. I am so sorry to hear this Kris. Prayers go out to you and your family.

Sarah and I wanted to send condolences to you and your family. I feel like it was just yesterday that I saw your mom and my parents funeral. Your Mom was a kind soul and a wonderful friend and bridge partner of mom for many years. I can hear the two of them fighting over the cards above us. Made me smile. You and the family are in our prayers.
