Ramona Jean Barnett, 64, of Lyons, Kansas, passed away October 24, 2019 at Hospital District #1 of Rice County, Lyons. She was born April 17, 1955 in Pampa, Texas, the daughter of Fuller Leroy and Joyce Marie Haggard Barnett. Ramona has resided in Lyons for the past two years, formerly of Longview, Washington. She was an office manager for various manufacturing businesses. Ramona is survived by her mother, Joyce Marie Barnett of Jay, OK; two daughters, Jerri L. Jerome of Lyons, and Janet M. Morgan of Gig Harbor, WA; brother, Steve Barnett of Seaside, OR; and three grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father. Memorials may be given to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for cancer care; or Friends of Animals Rice County in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
