Owner/Funeral Director/Embalmer
Blayne Rons, is a Kansas licensed funeral director and embalmer having graduated from Kansas City Kansas Community College with an associate's degree in mortuary science in 2007. Following graduation he worked for Dengel and Son Mortuary in Ottawa, KS prior to purchasing Birzer Funeral Homes in 2015.

Tim Birzer
Funeral Director / Embalmer
Tim Birzer, former owner, retired in October of 2017 from his full-time position as a funeral director and embalmer after 38 years of service. He continues to work on an at-need basis, helping with funeral services and pre-arrangment consultations.

Teresa Rons
Office administrator and assistant funeral director
Teresa Rons, is our office administrator and assistant funeral director. She is currently enrolled in Des Moines Area Community College with an anticipated graduation in the summer of 2018 with a degree in mortuary science. She and her husband, Blayne Rons have two children.
Jackie Ramage
Licensed Funeral Director
Jackie Ramage is a licensed funeral director. After many years of service to the surrounding communities, she retired from her full-time position in October of 2017.
