SURVIVORS:  2 brothers, Steve and Sue Starr of Ness City, Ks., Danny and Karen Starr of Chase, Ks.; 1 sister-in-law, Esther Starr of Corpus Christi, Texas; Nieces and Nephews, Stacey Starr, Stover, Missouri; Kaci and Curtis Kelso, Lyons; Shawn and Malena Starr, Ness City; Cory Starr, Hutchinson; Travis and Lisa Starr, Olmitz; 3 great-nieces and 3 great-nephews.                                 

PRECEDED IN DEATH BY:  Parents and his brother, Keith Starr.

VISITATION:  2:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. with family receiving friends from 5:00 – 7:00 on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Birzer Funeral Home in Lyons.

GRAVESIDE SERVICES:  11:00 A.M. Friday, December 23, 2016 at the Raymond Hilltop Cemetery.
