Nancy A. Gartrell 57 years died September 12, 2017 at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center.

She was born to Cecil and Beverly Goodwin Bailey on July 9, 1960 at Hutchinson. An Alden resident since 1997 formerly of Sterling. Nancy was a homemaker and member of United Methodist Church in Alden. She married Terry L. Gartrell on June 20, 1987 in Sterling. Survivors are husband Terry of the home; mother, Beverly Bailey, Sterling; brother, Curtis and Shawna Bailey, Bushton; 2 sisters, Joyce Bailey, Wichita, Lela & Sam Padgett, Alden; several nephews. Preceded in death by her father, Cecil Bailey.

Graveside service at Alden Valley Cemetery is pending. Memorials are suggested to Nancy Gartrell Memorial Fund in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
