I am very sorry for your loss. What a beautiful gift life is and how wonderful that Mary had such a long time to enjoy it. Even so, death is always a distressful time. Even our heavenly Father calls death "an enemy" at 1 Corinthians 15:26. And Job knew that God is longing to conquer that enemy. God promises that "he will do away with death forever, and will wipe away the tears from all faces" (Isaiah 25:8) Then instead of having to "weep with those who weep,' all earth's inhabitants will "rejoice with those who rejoice" -Romans 12:15
